Am I going to jail?

They released me on no bail if I promise to show up to court. I have no drug or criminal history at all and this is a misdemeanor.[/FONT][FONT=&quot]

no prior's, first time offender no problems. However stay off the meth friend and you'll have a much better chance at not going through this again. The 2nd time wont be as easy.
